The headlines read :
Without An Extreme Makeover,
The Postal Service Is Doomed

Does this RR Caboose stamp symbolize the end of the ride as we have known it?? 
OR just a stop along the tracks?? 
Do they have one foot in the grave? 
Could they be so linked to the past that they cannot move forward?  Where was the yellow warning that changes would be needed . . . now not later!
Perhaps they did not cedar forest for the trees? 
It appears they are cornered and stuck between a rock and a hard place. 
But maybe the future will be looking UP! as soon as they get down to brass tacks.
